From December 2010 onwards, companies will be provided with revised, so-called extended Safety Data Sheets (eSDS). These revised eSDS will contain detailed descriptions of safe uses of the substance or the product (mixture). After receiving the revised eSDS companies have 12 months to comply with the content of the eSDS.
